Treetop Golf is open seven days a week, with hours generally starting around 9–11am and running into the evening (later on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays). Treetop Golf is based in the Upper Qube area of the Metrocentre, so visitors can use any of the shopping centre's extensive on-site car parks. The venue is easily reached on foot from within the centre once parked.

Treetop Golf features two immersive, jungle-themed 18-hole mini golf courses:
The Tropical Trail – a jungle-themed course with landmarks including The Mystic Wood, Tweetopia, Tree Frog Falls, and the lair of Baron Von Batwing
The Ancient Explorer – winds through forgotten myths, crumbling ruins, and cryptic carvings
Bonus 19th Hole – every round ends with a shot at winning a free game
Refreshments are available at two on-site bars/cafés, The Thirsty Toucan (cocktails and mocktails) and the Jungle Buzz Café (coffee and snacks), both featuring locally sourced suppliers. The venue also hosts group bookings, parties, and events for 5 or more.
