Reception and other areas open 45 minutes before the slopes. Arrive at least 30 minutes before your session to get changed and collect equipment.

2-hour lift pass: around £44 per person (includes ski/snowboard, boots and poles hire)
Slope Pass options range up to around £37.99–£44.99 depending on session length and day
Children under 16 receive a 10% discount if bringing their own equipment

All ski/snowboard equipment (skis, boards, boots, poles) is included in the price, and helmets are compulsory for under-16s. The Alpine Kitchen restaurant overlooks the slope for post-session food and drink, and the venue also hosts birthday parties, school trips, and disability snowsports sessions.
