The restaurant operates alongside the wider Three Mile pub and dining hours (walk-ins welcome). The on-site soft play, The Playhouse, is open Monday – Friday, 9.30am – 7pm (last entry 5.30pm), with walk-in admission before 3pm and dinner & soft play bookable from 3pm, seven days a week.

Pizza Dough Co is a pay-as-you-dine restaurant rather than a ticketed attraction — 12" artisan pizzas are priced individually (from around £18), with regular offers including a midweek "Feed the Family" deal and a kids-eat-half-price promotion. Soft play admission at The Playhouse is charged separately on the day.
